Saw this puddle in the forest park parking lot a few days ago. Girls and I went easy today on wildwood without a heart rate monitor or watch. Felt really good. It's a bit cloudy, rainy and overcast today- not bad weather for a Sunday. That's all. Cheers.

Hello Kris, I enjoyed reading your new entry in your blog. Had a tear or two when I was reading the part about gram. I don't think we realized all her strengths. She was always so silent. You are amazing and I am proud to be your mother. Glad you are healed and back on track.
